Udemy Learning Portal: Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: December 22, 2025. Please read these terms carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the registration form and using the Udemy Business account provided by the Cybersecurity Infrastructure Agency Institute Department ("the Department," "we," "us"), you ("the User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

  • Access is granted for educational and non-commercial purposes only. Use of the account for corporate training, commercial gain, or any purpose other than personal skill development is strictly prohibited.
  • You agree not to share your account credentials with any other individual. The account is licensed to you alone. Violation will result in immediate termination of access.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. The Department reserves the right to verify this information and deny or revoke access if it is found to be false.

3. Payment, Subscription & Premium Content

  • The fees for the 6-Month and 1-Year plans are for access to the curated Udemy Business account managed by the Department. These fees cover administrative and licensing costs.
  • 1-Year Plan Exclusive (Restricted Content Access):
    • Includes access to a total of 10 high-level courses that are not available on Udemy due to sensitive content or policy violations.
    • Content is delivered via secure channels: Google Drive, Telegram, Mega, or MediaFire.
    • Validity: This service is valid only for the first 6 months of the subscription. It expires automatically after this period, regardless of usage.
    • Overage: Requests exceeding the 10-course limit within the valid period will attract additional charges.
  • 6-Month Plan: Does not include access to the Restricted Content service. Subscribers on this plan must pay separately to access these specific high-level materials.
  • Payments are processed through a third-party service. The Department does not store your payment card details.
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once access to the Udemy account has been granted.

Community Benefit: On-Demand Course Requests

For the entire duration of your subscription (both 6-Month and 1-Year plans), you are entitled to request courses to be added to our shared Udemy Business account, free of charge. Requests are made through official channels provided after registration. Once added, the course becomes available to all members of our learning community.

4. Code of Conduct

You agree to abide by the terms of service and community guidelines set forth by Udemy, Inc. Any activity that violates Udemy's policies, including but not limited to harassment, copyright infringement, or distribution of course materials, will result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Department provides access to the Udemy platform "as-is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or applicability of any course for a specific purpose. The Department is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service or the content provided therein.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. In the event of any modification of terms, all users will be notified a week prior. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
